Full-Spectrum Systems Architecture

A Multi-Disciplinary Approach

To deliver real value, your software infrastructure must be built entirely around how your organization actually operates. With two decades of experience leading and executing technical strategy, we bridge the gap between the server room and the boardroom.

Our expertise thrives in complex manufacturing and professional services environments:
  • modernizing legacy workflows
  • integrating global supply chain pipelines
  • engineering auto-refreshing reporting engines
  • designing precision tracking systems

We deploy borderless technical architecture for remote-first enterprises globally, with a concentrated project presence in the Great Lakes industrial corridors and the Southeast manufacturing sectors.

"We don't just solve technical problems; we solve complex organizational problems using technology as a precision tool."

Breaking The Tactical Ceiling

Standard IT vs. Strategic Architecture

Mid-market firms often confuse standard IT support with technical leadership. They hire for execution, but desperately need strategy. Here is how our fractional enterprise leadership transforms your infrastructure.

What Mid-Market Firms Usually Get

  • Reactive Firefighting Fixing broken servers, managing helpdesk tickets, and patching legacy software to just keep the lights on.
  • Siloed Solutions Buying software to fix isolated problems, ultimately creating disconnected data islands across departments.
  • Vendor Dependency Accepting whatever an expensive software vendor or MSP sells without independent, objective validation.

What Intrinsic Systems Delivers

  • Proactive Architecture Designing scalable systems that prevent technical debt and actively support your business growth 3–5 years out.
  • Shop-Floor to Boardroom Integration Connecting ERP systems, manufacturing automation, and data pipelines into a single, cohesive ecosystem.
  • Fiduciary Tech Leadership Acting as your objective advocate to select, negotiate with, and hold external vendors strictly accountable.

Proof of Execution

27 Years of Solving Complex Systems.

True expertise is forged on the shop floor and in the server room. Here is what enterprise-grade architecture looks like in practice for our mid-market clients.

Legacy ERP Migrations

Transitioning decades of critical manufacturing data from constrained legacy databases into modern, scalable ERP environments. We study exactly how your shop floor runs before migrating a single piece of data, ensuring a smooth transition that doesn't disrupt your daily operations.

A Note on Leadership

Why I built Intrinsic Systems.

I started this firm because I value simplicity, purpose, and taking ownership. I had watched too many mid-market organizations get held back by inflexible technology—software that limited their potential, cost too much to scale, or was sold to them by fast-talking vendors selling superficial fixes.

I typically work with manufacturing firms—often teams of 100 to 250 people who carry the heavy responsibility of serving a few massive, critical clients. When I first look under the hood of their operations, I routinely find solutions that feel half-finished. It isn't the client's fault. It happens when tech providers refuse to get into the weeds to understand the actual operation.

Leadership teams know they need better. They know it's possible. They just don't know how to get there, or even what a modern system is capable of doing. My first step is always the same: I listen. We define the challenges, I show you what is technically possible, and then you prioritize what we tackle first.

Bridging the gap between the server room and the boardroom requires speaking both languages. Recently, a client acquired a plant running a home-grown legacy ERP. Because I work directly with the floor users, I understand their unique operational requirements. Because I can code, I could personally write the extraction logic, shape the legacy data, and translate the operational needs to the new commercial ERP vendor. It ensures the cut-over actually works.

People occasionally ask how I maintain my composure during high-pressure technical transitions or unexpected operational crises. It comes down to preparation and practice. The preparation is building robust systems with deep redundancy. The practice is the daily work of getting into the trenches with users, and sitting in meetings to understand not just leadership's objectives, but the operational realities holding them back. It's about knowing what truly matters. I reinforce that focus through my practice as a certified yoga instructor—knowing how to recenter, tune out the noise, and act with clear awareness and intention under pressure.

I want to build systems that matter, for organizations that matter.

Zero-Markup Procurement

Vendor-Neutral Advocacy

We believe a CTO's loyalty belongs to your organization, not an outside vendor's commission check. We assist our clients in procuring hardware and software assets directly at cost, with 0% markup.

Our Role

We act as your technical architect—identifying exact engineering specifications, vetting upstream platforms, and mapping out the ordering technicalities to ensure you get the maximum value out of your technology budget.

Your Relationship

The transactional processing and system ownership remain with you. This ensures your organization maintains a direct, uncompromised relationship with manufacturers for all long-term licensing and infrastructure support.
